In order to help you prepare for the silly season, please find below the details for trading hours and pre-Christmas Guaranteed delivery cutoff dates.

Guaranteed Pre-Christmas Pickup and Delivery

Price List Items: Orders must be confirmed on or before Friday 21^st October 2022

Custom Items: Orders must be confirmed on or before Friday 14^th October 2022

KEY DATES FOR SYDNEY:

Last day factory open for pickups:            Thursday 22^nd December 2022

Sydney office reopens:                               Monday, 9^th January 2023

Manufacturing recommences:                   Monday, 9^th January 2023

KEY DATES FOR MELBOURNE AND BRISBANE:

Last day warehouse open for pickups:    Wednesday 21^st December 2022

Warehouse reopens:                                   Monday, 9^th January 2023

We will endeavour to stock popular products as best we can in all locations, however due to the high demand prior to the Christmas break it can be hard to predict what is required. If an item is in stock in any warehouse, we will be able to process your order and have it available for pickup. If an item is required for delivery, it is best to adhere to the dates listed above to avoid disappointment.
